Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated PSP Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in PSP (Payment Service Provider) reconciliations and a solid understanding of financial processes within the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Reconciliation

  • Match transaction data from PSP reports (deposits, withdrawals, refunds, chargebacks) with internal platform records.
  • Monitor and reconcile transaction flows across multiple PSPs to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between PSP and internal systems (e.g., missing funds, duplicate transactions).

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports for finance and operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement of reconciliation procedures.
  • Highlight anomalies such as high chargeback rates, unusual transaction volumes, or settlement delays.

Coordination with PSPs and Internal Teams

  • Liaise with Payment Service Providers to clarify unclear or incorrect settlements.
  • Work closely with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to resolve transaction disputes or blocked payments.

System and Data Management

  • Ensure accurate configuration of MID accounts (Merchant IDs) and PSP mappings in the payment gateway.
  • Maintain and optimize automation tools or reconciliation software (e.g., Power BI, Excel, or third-party tools).

Compliance and Audit Support

  • Support internal and external audits by providing reconciliation logs, proof of transactions, and settlement documentation.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in 3-way reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with PSP systems and financial operations in fast-paced environments.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial operations, with at least 2 years managing PSPs.

  • Strong understanding of payment infrastructures, card networks, payment gateways, and regulatory requirements.

  • High attention to detail and a structured, methodical work approach.

  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets efficiently

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
