Overview

As a Finance Analyst within the organization. It involves day-to-day work related to Payment Service Providers for a casino/s, reconciling transactions, calculating fees and preparation of cash flows and settlement reports. Here's a breakdown of the responsibilities and skills required:

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Data: Gather, manage, interpret, and analyze financial information for internal use.

Budgeting and Funding Support: Assist in budgeting processes and managing the company's investment portfolio.

Accounting Procedures: Assist accounting department with accounting procedures and ensure their accuracy and efficiency.

Performance Evaluation: Assess company performance using key financial data and provide insights.

Forecasting and Planning: Make forecasts to aid in business planning and decision-making.

Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and recommend strategies to minimize risks.

Problem Solving and Improvement: Identify issues, suggest improvements, and provide advisory support.

Personnel Supervision: Supervise and guide lower-level accounting personnel.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of payment infrastructures, card networks, payment gateways, and regulatory requirements

  • Proven track record of negotiating and managing vendor relationships

  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills; proficiency in Excel and analytical tools

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
